Phone reservations may be made by phone any time between 11:00 am and 5:00 pm (EST) Tuesday through Saturday. Internet reservations accepted 24 Hours per day. Reservations accepted in advance with MasterCard or VISA. A one (1) night’s room & tax deposit will be collected at the time of reservation. Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded, less a fee of $75 (Aug-Dec cancellation fee is $30). Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of entire deposit. Prices subject to change without notice.
Addy’s Nokomis Villas is a pet friendly hotel. Small to medium size pets are welcome! Non-refundable pet fees are $10 per night for stays of less than 7 days, or $50 per week for stays of 7 days or longer. Pet owners are fully responsible for picking up after their pet and for any damage to the room or grounds that the pet incurs.
