Phone Reservations may be made any time between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm (EST). Internet Reservations Accepted 24 Hours per day. Reservations accepted in advance with MasterCard or VISA. A One (1) Night’s Room & Tax Deposit Will Be collected at the time of reservation. Cancellations Made 30 Days Prior to Arrival will be refunded, less a fee of $75. Cancellations Made Within 30 Days of Arrival Will Result in Forfeiture of Entire Deposit.
Addy’s Nokomis Villas is a Pet Friendly Hotel. Small to Medium Size Pets are Welcome! Non-Refundable Pet Fees are $10 per night for stays of less than 7 days, or $50 per week for stays of 7 days or longer. Pet Owners are fully responsible for picking up after their pet and for any damage to the room or grounds that the pet incurs.
