Below is a list of the most frequently asked questions about reservations and accommodations.

  • What amenities are included?

    All rates shown INCLUDE : 


     ~ FREE PARKING

     ~ FREE Wi-FI

     ~ FREE access to the HEATED POOL, and ALL amenities on the premises.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Not at this time. We are a PET  free lodging facility.


  • Are you right on the beach?

    No. Thankfully so actually!

     It can be crowded and HOT right on the beach - we are more like a 'beach oasis'! 

    We are conveniently located within 1 ,25 miles from FREE PARKING  at Nokomis Beach & the Venice North Jetty

  • Can I BOOK DIRECT here on the site and SAVE $$

    ABSOLUTELY! When you choose the "Check Availability" or "Book Direct" icons you'll be taken directly to our booking engine. First choose a "class of accomodation", then the dates you'd like to visit, 

    DISCOUNTS are automatically applied.

    •  THE LONGER YOU STAY - THE LESS YOU PAY! 
    • Discounts start at weekly reservations.
    • Rates reflect a range from 13  to 20 percent off.

  • Is breakfast included?

    We do not have food service on premises.


    All Villas and Cottages have COMPLETE  & SPACIOUS kitchens. 

    All units have at a minimum:

    • microwave
    • refridgerator
    • toaster
    • coffee maker
    • all dining materials & utensils

  • Can I request a specific room or view?

    Absolutely! 

    YOU choose the Cottage or Villa you'd prefer. We will always do our best to meet speicfic unit reservations. 

    Efficiency units are limited but clearly designated as 'yard' or 'street' view

  • What about taxes and fees?

    No hidden charges or fees.

    No  'Parking' or 'Resort' fees

    "Book Now" icon will bring you to our seemless room selector. All discounts and sales and state taxes are shown BEFORE you complete the reservation / checkout process.

  • Is the hotel child-friendly?

    ABSOLUTELY. 

     Availability for a second bedrooms and safe open outdoor areas make Addy's an ideal spot for quests traveling with children.

  • Do you have wheelchair-accessible rooms?

    We do. Supply is limited, call to confirm if room reserved is not clearly designaed as ADA compliant.

  • What time is check-in/check-out?

    Check-in: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM. 

    Check-out: 11:00 AM.

    Late arrivals are not a problem! Phone if arriving outside of check-in times, we will provide all the details you need to check-in.

  • What is the SMOKING policy?

    Smoking of tobacco products is allowed OUTDOORS on the campus. 


    ALL indoor spaces and rooms are smoke and vape free
