Thank you for choosing Addy’s Villas. If your travel plans change, please call us at least 7 (seven) days prior to your arrival date to cancel or change your reservation. If you must cancel with less than 7 (seven) days notice, your deposit will be forfeited. If you shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. 

Unless specified otherwise, rates are for 2 guests per villa. Additional guests are $10 per night, per guest.

While we will do our best to honor requests for a particular villa, we reserve the right to change villa assignment prior to guest check in.

Please be advised that charges will occur for any damages. A credit card and photo ID are required at check in. A credit card is securely held on file for 45 days post check out. Damages will be charged to credit card and or billed to customer if indicated.

Rates/policies are subject to change without notice and may vary during high impact periods and special requests. A 30 (thirty) day cancellation notice is required for bookings of 30 (thirty) days or more, holidays and special events.

Check-in: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements. Check-out: 11:00 AM.

Absolutely No Smoking or Use of Electronic Cigarettes inside; smoking is permitted outdoors.

Please note that quiet time starts at 10:00 PM.
